Most recently she worked at a start-up esports company where she was instrumental in setting up the financial processes and procedures for the rapidly growing organization.

Agustus Shelander is the co-founder and CEO of Ace Machine Design Inc. Ace is a licensed professional engineer who brings 10+ years of mechanical engineering and hardware design experience. Ace engineered the robot, “Gemini” for the second season of the TV show Battlebots. He is a native of the Bay Area and enjoys kiteboarding skiing, and
water polo.

She transitioned into helping companies bring emerging technology to market after completing her MBA at USC, notably growing RealD 3D Cinema from 100 theaters in the US to over 15,000 installations worldwide.
